Every product is a digital download (PDF files, Google Sheets templates or digital planners). Nothing is shipped. Checkout is handled securely by Payhip (card payments processed by Stripe); a few products are still sold through our Etsy shop, PkDigitalArtsCo. Your download link is available right after payment and is also emailed to you.
Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If a file is missing, will not open, prints incorrectly or does not match the listing, message us and we will make it right: we will fix the file or send a replacement, and refund you if we cannot solve it.
Reply to your download email, or send us a message through our Etsy shop (etsy.com/shop/PkDigitalArtsCo).
Files are for personal use. Please do not share or resell them.
